Opus Beethoven

Original script interweaving Beethoven's letters, research into his personal and professional life and performance to reveal Beethoven’s struggles and triumphs. Alys Daroy (writer, actor) with the Australian Piano Quartet. Cellist, Artistic Director and Founder Thomas Rann united with award-winning pianist Vatche Jambazian (piano), Thibaud Pavlovic-Hobba (violin) to mark the 250th birthday of Ludwig van Beethoven - enfant terrible, romantic renegade and avant garde genius non plus altra of the 19th century.​ Performed at Phoenix Arts, Sydney, and the University of Technology Sydney, May 2021.
